1.Q: How can I cancel an order?
   A: You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@bullslamps.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is dispatched. If you no longer wish to keep the  item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

2.Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
   A:We accept major credit/debit cards via our PayPal checkout.

3.Q: What if I enter the wrong email or address?
   A: Please contact us immediately at support@bullslamps.com.
We may be able to update your email address, name, or shipping address before           shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.

4.Q: Can I use serval discount codes in one order?
   A:Only one discount code may be applied per order. For bulk purchases (50+ units of the same product) or project-based orders (such as hotels or full-home lighting), please contact us at support@bullslamps.com for special pricing assistance.

5.Q: How should I prepare when shopping for lighting?
   A:We recommend considering the following before purchasing:

  • Your overall budget
  • Reference images that reflect your preferred style
  • Color samples or material finishes for the space where the fixture will be installed

This preparation helps ensure the lighting complements your interior design.


6.Q: How do I know which power supply to use?
   A:First, determine the installation environment (dry or damp indoor location).
Next, confirm the voltage standard required:

  • U.S. standard: 110–120V
  • International standard: 110–240V

Most of our lighting fixtures are compatible with standard residential voltage.
If you have specific requirements, please contact our support team for assistance.

7.Q: What is the best way to install my new lights for the chandelier?
   A: Installation instructions are included with every product.
For safety and proper installation, we strongly recommend using a licensed electrician or professional installer.

8.Q: Are your products UL listed?
   A: Yes, our products comply with UL standards.

9.Q: How to return an item?
   A: General Return Process:

  • Initiate a return:
    Email support@bullslamps.com with your order number and photos or videos of the item.
  • Return authorization:
    Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back:
    If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Refund or exchange:
    Once received and inspected (3–5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange according to our Return Policy.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

10.Q: How long is the warranty?
     A:We provide a 2-year warranty on our products (excluding bulbs). If you experience any issues within the warranty period, please contact support@bullslamps.com with photos or videos. Our team will respond within 12 hours and assist with a solution.
