Product Warranty
All Bullslamps products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty (excluding light bulbs).

Within 2 years of purchase, if you experience any issues with your product, please contact us at support@bullslamps.com and provide a description of the issue along with clear photos or videos. Our customer support team will respond within 12 hours and assist you with a suitable solution.

What This Warranty Covers

  • If the issue is caused by defective accessories or parts, we will provide free replacement components, shipped via express service (estimated delivery: 9–10 business days).
  • If the issue relates to the electrical circuit of the fixture, our technical team will offer professional guidance within 1–2 business days to help resolve the problem.
  • All products must be installed by a licensed professional electrician.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
  • Man-made damage or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors

After the Warranty Period
After the 2-year warranty period, we will continue to offer technical support. Replacement parts and additional services may be provided at an additional cost.
