Refund policy

At Bullslamps, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Important:
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos and/or videos for verification.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team to inform us of your intent to return the item. You can reach us via email at support@bullslamps.com.
  • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address if approved.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, Bullslamps will cover the return shipping cost

  • For non-defective returns:

  1. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  2. Original shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted
  3. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

Please note: Free shipping applies to outbound orders only. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective or damaged.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Please allow an additional 2–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original order in accordance with our return policy and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellation

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once placed
  • For non-customized orders:
  1. Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment will receive a full refund
  2. Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment will incur a 15% handling fee
  3. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
